Accepting these terms

By creating a Floqqr account you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity on your account. One account per person.

Content you post

You own what you post. By posting you grant Floqqr a non-exclusive license to host and display it to the community it was posted in. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.

Community rules

Don’t post spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or anything that endangers minors. Creators can set additional rules for their communities and can remove members for violations. Floqqr can remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules; see our safety page for details on appeals.

Creator revenue share

Floqqr is the merchant of record for paid communities. Creators receive payouts equal to subscription revenue minus Stripe fees and Floqqr’s platform fee as disclosed at signup and in the creator settings. Payouts are sent on the schedule you configure.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid community subscription at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per the community creator’s published refund policy — email support@floqqr.comif you can’t reach the creator.

Service changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes are announced via email and in-app notice before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are resolved in the courts competent for the seat of Floqqr GmbH.
