What we collect

When you create a Floqqr account we collect your email address, display name, and a hashed password. When you use Floqqr — joining communities, posting, commenting, reacting, and completing courses — we store the resulting activity on our servers so those communities keep working.

Why we collect it

To provide the service. We don’t sell your personal data or share it with advertisers. Aggregated, non-identifying usage data is used to improve the product.

Sub-processors

  • Supabase — our database + authentication provider.
  • Stripe — processes payments, subscriptions, and (optionally) creator identity verification.
  • Resend — delivers transactional email (welcome, receipts, reports, digests).
  • OpenAI — classifies the text of posts and comments through the free Moderation API for automated safety checks. Content is not used for training.
  • Vercel — hosts the app and the AI Gateway used by the opt-in AI content assistant.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — captcha on signup/login.

Cookies

We set the following first-party cookies: Supabase session cookies (to keep you logged in), fl_anon (30-day anonymous visitor id for first-click attribution on community landing pages), and short-lived helpers like fl_invite_token and affiliate-attribution cookies captured from the ?ref= URL parameter.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@floqqr.com. Deletion removes your account, membership rows, and content within 30 days unless a statutory retention obligation applies (e.g. payment records).
